THE DUNGBEETLE is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you place an order we’ll collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and payment information. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status; your phone number enables us to contact you urgently if there are any problems. By submitting your information to us, you consent to its collection and use in the fulfilment of your order.
If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Third-party information sharing
Rest assured that WE WILL NEVER PASS ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS ONTO ANY OTHER COMPANY unless for the sole purpose of fulfilling the operations of THE DUNGBEETLE business.

We’re committed to ensuring that your information is secure, and in return we expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for your DUNGBEETLE account. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We’re in the poop business, not the spam business
You can opt in to our email newsletter to receive updates about DUNGBEETLE and occasional special offers. We won’t mail you about products or services from other companies, and we won’t sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
When signing up to be a DUNGBEETLE ‘Insider’, look for the box to tick to indicate you do not want information to be used by us for ongoing communication once your DUNGBEETLE purchase is complete.

Use of automated technology
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
