Can I get a DUNGBEELE in a custom colour?
The 8 colours shown on our website are the current range; however, if you’re interested in placing a bulk order (minimum of 10) in a custom colour please contact us.
Are DUNGBEETLES made in China?
No! All DUNGBEETLES are proudly made right here in Australia using quality materials and with the same love, care and attention that you give to your horse.
How do I care for my DUNGBEETLE?
As the saying goes, sh*t does stick! But don’t worry, it’s easy to keep your DUNGBEETLE clean by washing with a dandy brush under a hose on a regular basis and letting it air dry. Do not machine wash!
Do you have a physical store? I’d like to try before I buy.
We don’t have retail stores, and find that most of our customers are happy to buy on the web. The DUNGBEETLE is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you’re not happy just return it under our Returns Policy. We welcome visitors to our factory in Nunawading, Melbourne – contact us if you’d like to see how DUNGBEETLES are made. We also regularly have pop-up shops at horse events so look out for us!
What’s your refund or exchange policy?
We think the DUNGBEETLE is the best horse manure scoop in the world, and back it up with 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love the sh*t out of your DUNGBEETLE, simply return it for a refund. See our Returns Information for details.
The colour I want is out of stock – can you console me?
Don’t fret, our DUNGBEETLES are made in our own Melbourne factory so we have our fingers on the pulse. Inventory is restocked every 14 days. Check back on the website to see when your colour is available, or sign up to get an email alert by choosing the ‘notify me’ option on the product page in our online shop.
I’ve placed an order but want to change the details – what do I do?
If you’ve placed an order already but want to change the colour, model or quantity please contact us asap. We can only amend orders that have not yet shipped.
My horse riding days are over - how do I recycle my DUNGBEETLE?
If you can't find a friend go give it to, maybe donate it to a Pony Club or Horse Rescue charity. If all else fails, unscrew the screws, pop the plastic components in your recycle bin and take the aluminum to your local council recycle centre.
